I’m Marisa Lauro-Norris, a global music executive with 20 years of experience helping artists break through, build lasting brands, and connect with audiences worldwide. Over the course of my career, I’ve led campaigns across genres and markets, developing strategies that balance creativity with measurable growth.
My work has spanned digital strategy, streaming, commerce, A&R, promotion, publicity, creative, and partnerships, giving me a 360° view of what it takes to grow an artist’s career in today’s evolving landscape. With deep expertise in both U.S. and international markets, I create culturally relevant campaigns that help artists and companies succeed at every stage.
My path into music began early. I started training as a classical singer at age eight and continued at LaGuardia High School (yes, the Fame school!). Music has always been at the heart of everything I do, and it is what has fueled my entire career.
I’ve been honored to be recognized by Billboard (Women in Music, 40 Under 40, and International Power Players), but the greatest reward is helping artists find their voice and thrive globally.
